Kneadatite putty to mount PE parts

You can use Kneadatite or Duro putty to mount PE parts. It's easier than superglue for some bits as it remains slightly flexible.
Kneadatite comes on a ribbon, so you can slice a small bit and mix this up. I used a toothpick moistend in alcohol to place a blob of putty where the PE light guard had to go. You can then use the putty to mimic the weld bead.

Excellent tip Martin  Thumb.

I will try this the next time I have to use PE.

It's always hard to make those weald beds after a PE part has been glued in place. Longer working time as well.

Thanks

Again Martin. A great tip!

I´ve ordered at a hobbyshop just the other day...and forgot to put that in the basket! Great...huh?

Cheers
